Produce

Our goal at Wilson Farm Market is to provide fresh, wholesome food for our customers. All of our produce is grown with this goal in mind. You will only find fresh and healthy fruits and vegetables at our store! During the peak growing season, we have locally grown green beans, tomatoes, peppers, squash, cucumbers, and much more available. When the growing season ends, we always try to have the best off-season fruits and vegetables, including tomatoes, potatoes, bananas, apples, and more. Plus, don’t forget our famous sweet corn! When the corn is in season, you can find our corn selling booths at fairs and farmer’s markets across Indiana.

Meats

At Wilson Farm Market, we are proud to sell Yoder’s Meats from Shipshewana, Indiana. These are the finest Amish meats around without added growth hormones, steroids, or by-products, and they make perfect additions to graduation parties, tailgating events, and summer picnics! We carry beef patties, ground beef, pizza patties, pork burgers, buffalo burgers, chicken, pork chops, steaks, ribs, breakfast sausage, roasts, and many flavors of bratwurst including jalapeno, tailgator, and sweet and hot Italian sausage! Whatever you are looking for, these meats are excellent when served for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

Bulk Foods, Pies, and Candies

We have a vast array of old-fashioned bulked foods, candies, and snacks available that will suit any taste bud, from sweet to salty and everything in between. Our frozen pies are ready to bake and come in many great flavors, including apple, country cinnamon apple, apple walnut, Dutch apple, apple crisp, blueberry, strawberry, strawberry-rhubarb, peach, peach praline, cherry, black cherry, cherry crumb, blackberry and much more! Also, be sure to look for the nostalgic candies that used to be at Grandma’s house, and bring home some great memories.

 

Cheeses

We have an extensive cheese case with over fifty kinds of cheese plus samples to try before you buy! Some of our unique cheeses include Amish Colby, Amish Co-Jack, Amish Swiss, Butter Cheese, Provolone, many flavors of smoked cheese, horseradish cheese, bacon cheese, many varieties of hot pepper cheeses including pepper jack, hot pepper, habanero, and much more. Our cheeses are great to use in cooking recipes and dips, on sandwiches, or with a fresh loaf of bread and a bottle of wine. If you’re looking for a quick, yummy snack, we also carry cheese curds that are delivered fresh to our store each week.

Jellies

Nothing beats warm toast and biscuits smothered in butter and jelly. Our lineup of jar foods include many types of jams and butters, such as black raspberry jam, apple butter, and pumpkin butter. We also carry novelty flavors, such as tomato jam, lemon marmalade, and jalapeno jellies including peach and strawberry jalapeno. In addition to our butters and jellies, we carry salad dressings, pickles, corn relish, pickled beets, and salsas.

 

Seasonal

We have many different fresh farm products available as the seasons change. In the month of May, we always hope for the perfect mushroom weather because that is when morel mushrooms pop up! If the weather is good, we carry morels from Wisconsin at our store. This provides easy access to these delicious mushrooms without having to go out in the woods and hunt for them. Since our morel mushroom availability is completely dependent on the weather, we may have these mushrooms in our store for only 1-2 days to a couple of weeks. The season is short, so give us a call to get an estimate of when you can pick up these delicious mushrooms.

During the summer, come and get fresh, juicy strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and more. Our berries are perfect eaten raw or baked into delicious pies, cookies, muffins, or pancakes. Another thing to look out for during the summer is our famous sweet corn! When the corn is in season, we set up corn booths at fairs and farmer’s markets across Indiana. So, if you’re stopping by the Indiana State Fair this summer, come pay us a visit and get a bag full of our delicious sweet corn.

In the fall season, we always have a huge display of pumpkins, gourds, ornamentals, giant pumpkins, Indian corn, and straw for all of your fall decorating needs. You can choose from vibrant oranges, yellows, reds, and browns to create the perfect fall atmosphere in your home. Plus, you can pick up some pumpkins to carve silly faces into for Halloween!

Frozen Foods

At Wilson Farm Market, we carry many frozen foods to make baking or fixing a meal quick and easy. We have frozen pies, meats, pork fritters, sweet potato fries, hushpuppies, breaded green beans, mozzarella sticks, and so on along with “school pizza.” Our selection of frozen fruit has no sugar added, and includes raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, rhubarb, pie cherries, and much more. If you’re looking for something healthy and delicious to add to dinner, we also have frozen vegetables such as sweet corn and peas.
